The 2017 IIEMCA Conference Banquet will be held on July 12, 2017 at 7:00pm at the Griswold Building in downtown Columbus, Ohio. This building is the home of the YWCA Columbus, an organization that provides affordable housing for women in transition. Having a long history of supporting women in different stages of life, the YWCA “is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.” We are excited to support the YWCA Columbus and all that they stand for in their newly renovated banquet facility.
In a theme of giving back to the community, we are proud to partner with L.A. Catering for our banquet needs. Profits from L.A. Catering, a division of Life Care Alliance, are “invested back into the community through Life Care Alliance programs and services that support older adults, medically challenged, and disabled individuals in Central Ohio.”
Keynote speaker, Michael Lynch, will present at the Banquet.
Tickets to the Banquet are $90.00 per attendee. Each banquet attendee must have purchased ticket (including guests). Banquet ticket includes transportation to/from the banquet site, pre-banquet reception (including drinks), dinner, and dessert. Banquet tickets can be added to your order on the Registration Form in the “Additional Items” section at the bottom of the form. If you already registered for the conference, but wish to attend the Banquet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on purchasing a ticket for the banquet.
Dinner options are (will select on your registration form):
- Chicken Bruschetta – seared chicken topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar and asiago cheese
- Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Stack – Baked, marinated Portobello mushrooms stuffed and stacked with roasted vegetables, herb garlic spinach, Boursin cheese and red pepper coulis.
Transportation will be available to the Banquet facility from Otterbein University’s campus.
